This platform facilitates voluntary assistance across various categories, fostering community support and making essential services accessible to those who need them most.
Definition and Challenge
The platform features intuitive search and filtering options, allowing users to easily connect with volunteer professionals based on their specific needs, expertise, and availability. Additionally, a user-friendly admin dashboard enables efficient management of user accounts, volunteer profiles, and service listings, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for all participants.
Research & Insights
Providing volunteer services to underserved communities required a structured system to match those in need with available professionals. Existing processes were inefficient, making it difficult for associations to manage requests, coordinate volunteers, and ensure smooth service delivery.

I conducted user interviews and industry research to understand the needs of consumers, volunteers, and admins. Insights from associations and volunteers highlighted workflow challenges, while a competitive analysis of service platforms revealed inefficiencies in matchmaking, scheduling, and communication.
