Findy is a job-matching platform designed to connect job seekers with the right opportunities and help companies find the best talent efficiently. By optimizing search, filtering, and application processes, Findy ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and employers.
Definition and Challenge
Job seekers often struggle to find relevant job openings, while employers face difficulties in sourcing qualified candidates. The hiring process can be time-consuming, with inefficient filtering, outdated job boards, and a lack of personalized recommendations. The goal was to design a platform that simplifies job discovery and recruitment, making it intuitive and effective for both sides.
Research & Insights
In-depth user interviews were conducted with job seekers and employers to gain firsthand insights into their challenges. Job seekers often expressed frustration with generic job recommendations, inefficient search filters, and a lengthy application process. Employers, on the other hand, highlighted the difficulty in finding qualified candidates quickly, as well as issues with managing applications effectively.

Research & Competitive Analysis
I conducted one-on-one sessions with internal users, reviewing the existing admin platform to understand their specific workflows and pain points. To gather industry best practices, I researched various admin dashboards, CRM systems, and project management tools, focusing on component design and user flows. Additionally, we analyzed the data structure and permissions, refining how information was presented to ensure users accessed only the relevant data based on their roles.
